LCDR Charles “Chip” Lutz, MSEd, CLL, is the President and founder of Covenant Leadership, LLC, a public speaking, training and consulting firm that provides organizations with the “tools to navigate tomorrow’s opportunities.” A retired Naval Officer, he has had two command tours, served as the Director of Security for Naval District Washington, DC during September 11th, and has held various other key leadership positions during his 22 years of service. He prides himself on keeping it “light” while getting the job done and believes that people are the most important asset to any organization.
A seasoned educator and trainer, he has taught over 20 different classes for varying colleges in leadership, management and organizational behavior.
